Very impressed. Estimate was detailed where i knew what i was paying for. Extremely clean, the home was left spotless daily. Had 2 bathrooms done and very happy with both projects. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you are in the east end of Ottawa. Would have no hesitation to use again. Pricing was very fair, had multiple estimates done. This was the only detailed estimate i got at a fair price. Approximate cost as we supplied vanity and shower faucet.

Excellent experience with my bathroom renovation. Many items like plumbing needed to be reconfigured for the new layout. Extremely clean and courteous. Cost was right in line with some other estimates. Lots depending on my choices for finishes. Would recommend to anyone who would be looking for bathroom work in the Orleans area. Made my feel I could trust again.

We have no reservations about recommending Midnight Sun Renovations, a one man company, to anyone considering a bathroom update. He renovated our master bathroom in 2019 and replaced the floor tiles in the other two bathrooms in 2021. He was easy to talk to about our ideas for the reno, and he was able to make several suggestions about different options to choose from. His estimate was very complete and he stuck to his quote. He made very detailed notes about the scope of the work and the completed project was exactly as we had envisioned. He left the job site very clean, in fact, while using the children's bathroom to wash his hands, he noticed that the sink was draining slowly and he unclogged it for us! We were so satisfied with his work ethic and professionalism on the master bedroom renovation, that we engaged him to update the other two bathrooms in the house, which he completed on budget and to a very high standard.
