The roof was re-done with new shingles. We had an old sun-tunnel that was replaced, and had all the gutters, soffits and fascia replaced.

The shingling was done quickly and looks great. There were some supply issues on the metal work, no fault of Shandyman, but we were kept well informed of them. Once available and completed, that work looks great as well.

Shane and Mike were great on site. Great communication, even when there was going to be some delay. They were professional.

It took them about two days to finish the job.

Clean up our side and our neighbor's side after everyday.

Michael, their Business Manager, is also great.

My flat roof was many years old and in need of a replacement. I was referred by a friend to contact Shandyman. Initially I had some concerns due to the fact of an open flame being used for on my roof. I was introduced to something new which was a flameless process. Im pretty sure it was adhesive that was used instead. It is a much safer process that put me at ease. My new flat roof looks amazing. I will be contacting Shandyman again in the future.

Shane was very prompt to come out to the home for an evaluation and Michael was very professional in providing our contract and answering additional questions. ShandyMan contracting installed a completely faulty roof that caused over $40,000 of damage to our house caused by prolonged leaking due to the improper installation of materials and insufficient roofing techniques. Mitigation work by 3 separate roofers confirmed that the installer did not fulfill the specific roofing procedures promised to in terms of the contract he provided. The company subsequently refused to honour the 10 year guarantee of his work when approached about the damage he caused.

I needed a new roof after getting some leaking after a storm. After getting 5 quotes I selected Shandyman based on word of mouth recommendations and the reviews here. I also selected them due to the fact that they are also general contractors, so wanted to look at establishing a relationship with a contractor as there maybe a few jobs that need to be done in the next few years. They did a great job and left a clean yard. A few days after they completed the work we were hit with high winds. Although some of my neighbors lost shingles due to the storm, my new roof held up perfectly with no issues.

Plan on using them again in the future.

Shane and his team were great. He was honest, very efficient and kept us informed throughout the job providing pictures and updates. Their price quote was considerably cheaper than others. I would not hesitate in recommending Shane and his team.
