I don't speak ill of people and it is extremely rare to post a negative review of a company. However, as a home owner, my experience with this company was something I hope no one has to go through. The main theme here is overpromise and underdeliver. From his sales pitch, it sounded like he was actually going to properly rebuild the failed roof. I will let the pictures and work quality speak for themselves.
I was quoted $1000 and the work performed was wood pieces installed into rotting wood supports, which hold up shingles with rotton plywood with holes and broken wood below them. But the wood was good enough in the eyes of the contractor. New silicone was put on top of old silicone and the flashing was installed on top of the siding and shingles. The flashing is visibly floating on top of the shingles.
When I voiced my concerns about the quality of work and that I felt taken advantage of, the first thing the contractor Mario jumped to was that I am not going to pay. I'm assuming he has problems with customers paying him for his work after seeing the quality, and he started saying things like he has before and after pictures, his father is his witness, and his wife works for a collection agency. He was very quick to say these things, which gives me the impression that he is in this situation with people often. Unfortunately, I only saw negative reviews on other sites after the fact. I am disappointed that I will have to pay another contractor to fix his mistakes. He had the confidence to say that I got a good deal and that a proper repair would have cost $5000. Buyer beware.
Update: See updated picture, now when it rains all water is pouring down the brick and nothing is coming out of the eavestrough spout he installed which he said was a value of $250.
Your company response is not genuine. I sent you a picture of the failed repair, you have ghosted me and I have another contractor scheduled to fix your mistakes. Respond to me if you actually have any intention to repair.
