Before we even began, we spent a good amount of time planning out every little detail of the remodel. The team was incredibly patient and attentive throughout this process. Rao provided 3D renderings with my choices so I knew exactly what to expect.
What stood out the most was how smoothly everything went during the actual construction. The work was done surprisingly fast, and the communication was excellent. I never felt in the dark about what was happening, and anytime I had a question or concern, they were right there to address it.
I really appreciate the 5 year warranty, it gives me a peace of mind knowing I can call them for anything - they really stand behind the quality of their work.
