Raman responded to our messages promptly and was able to schedule us in the next day. We had a small leak in the ceiling of our rental house. It seemed to be coming from the toilet area. Upon inspection, Raman found the seal was not doing it's job and needed to be replaced. I recieved before and after video and pictures. We were very pleased with the speed and professional nature of service.
