Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

Despite my requests to protect my new hardwood floor, wavemovers did not place padding on the landing of my hardwood stairs. They dragged and pivoted a bureau despite me asking them to stop. A 16" gouge was left in the new flooring. When I called the company to discuss the damage, I was told that it was "not too bad" and that "these things happen when moving". I disagree, they do not happen when movers act in a professional manner and care for the homes they are paid to work in. The company proceeded to defer my attempts to discuss the damage.
I would not recommend this company, they do not care for your home, or take responsibility for damage they cause.
