Softwash Butler

I hired Softwash Butler to clean my exterior siding. The driver shows up at 3 pm on the appointed day works for 2 hours then says his equipment isnt working. 1/3rd of the house is done, and I have all my windows splattered with their chemicals. After waiting 9 days for their return (no call), I called the scheduler, she has no knowledge of why the job isnt completed. Later that day I get an email saying my water is at fault, they are not coming back. My water is crystal clear, we drink it! So Im left with a mess, late in the season. Strange outfit.

We had this company come last week to soft wash our house, clean our eavestrough, windows and roof. The men arrived promptly when they said they would worked extremely hard for 12 hours, until they finished the job. The men were friendly and very professional. We had to have them return for one thing and they were here the day after we called. Our house looks fantastic. Reasonably priced. I recommend this company to everyone

This company is very good. They came promptly on time as scheduled and do a great job on my windows. I will be booking them again !
