Reasonably priced ( actually lowest of other quotes ) .dependable ,
tarp covering and cleanup daily ,polite and flexible to last minute changes . Full service and sourcing of materials, access to their preferred suppliers( to visit and select good value finishings ) . Quiet and professional . Did a great job on first bathroom with curb less shower ,wheel chair access ,grab bars ,we hired them again for the master suite
Wouldn't hesitate to hire again , currently in discussion for second appt. Build in basement .

Steve and his team were amazing to work with. I have worked with several contractors over the years but no one as professional as him. He not only did everything he said he would do, he did faster and more cost efficiently than others. Would definitely work with him again!

My wife and I purchased an 60 years old house which required lots of works. Luckily, through a friend referral, we found T&C renovation. I had bad experience with other contractors before, (they told me it could be done in certain time frame and ended up delay several months after); T&C Renovation surpass our expectation, not only the price is reasonable, but also their professionalism. These guys showed up on time, they briefed us every steps of the project . The job finished just as soon as we needed it.
