I desperately needed a repair on my ceiling hvac grill that essentially got damaged from a roofing repair at my condo. I also had another issue where I had to change the air filters every 3 months by going onto the roof of my building which I grew very tired of doing. I explained the situation to Freddie from Zina's Contracting and he offered a clever solution to fixing the problem with a new metal grill with a latch to change the air filters from inside my unit instead of going up onto the roof with a ladder. His solution also saved me alot of money from not needing to install new ventilation leading up to my rooftop hvac unit. I highly recommend Zinas contracting if you are looking for someone that is going to put in a higher level of care and craftsmanship into the work. Freddie didnt cut any corners on this job and Im super happy with the results.
