Yuriy and Mike were personable, professional and reasonable. It is clear to see that they both take great pride in their work. They were respectful of our home and kept a clean working space. Beyond HVAC is a reputable company that offers very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them.

Experienced furnace issues and a friend recommended Beyond HVAC based on a prior completed job. Mike came to check an initial issue and realized it wasnt the root cause. Turns out a week later my furnace calls it quits. Contacted Mike via text at midnight and got a reply pretty much ASAP. Mentioned hed be in the next morning allowing me to take a day off work promptly. Job was completed with excellent communication throughout. Perfect scenario for a customer needing heat when the outside temperature was -15 degrees Celsius.

From the initial inquiry stage, Yuriy proved to be very knowledgeable, professional, communicative and helpful in educating me on my choices. Install was top notch and the time was taken for a professional, clean and tidy set-up. A couple of weeks in, and the system is working wonderfully. I would not hesitate to recommend Yuriy and his team, or to have him back for any of my HVAC needs.

Our a/c decided to stop cooling the house during the recent heat wave. After spending a sleepless night, I ended up hiring Beyond HVAC on HomeStars. There was a great communication throughout. Mike showed up exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issue as a dead capacitor and replaced it in under 30 minutes, and our cooling was back on. He checked to make sure the temperature difference between intake and outlet was good. We will have a good night of sleep. I have already recommended Beyond HVAC to my neighbour and will definitely call them again if I have any issues in the future.

Old AC unit needed to be replaced in July. Beyond HVAC did an absolutely fantastic job. They accomplished and exceeded in three areas that are very important to me. Fair price, quality job and completed as to the schedule we agreed upon. I would highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC services.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Beyond HVAC to install a new furnace and carry out a much-needed cleanup of the basement space around it. I replaced my old 20 year Lennox furnace with a new Lennox. Without a doubt Yuriy and Mike were friendly, professional and did great work!

I didn't know how long it would take, but he gave me an ETA. I also asked some questions about the process and he was very clear about what, how he was going to do. Overall, I'm very very happy with how their service and will be recommending to my friends and family.

We had been dealing with a terrible company for over a year that did not do the job properly for AC before and took months to respond to our calls. Beyond HVAC picked up right away, set a date, and completed everything on time and under budget. Now my tenants have working AC after struggling for half the summer. Thank you Beyond HVAC! I had a leaky radiator and Yuriy provided the most competitive price and we very responsive and trust worthy. He has great customer service skills and was able to do the work very efficiently at a great price. I would highly recommend Beyond HVAC.

I originally used HomeStars to explore reputable HVAC contractors for the replacement of my 25-year old A/C which was on it's last legs. Yuriy got in touch with me shortlyafter I submitted my HomeStars request. He asked me a few questions to which I responded and provided me with an initial written estimate. He thereafter requested a site visit to verify all installation details, materials, power, accessibility, etc... and address any potential risks/concerns. His partner (Mike) who visited my home on time as scheduled and was very professional, answering all my questions. It was concluded that the removal and replacement would be a straightforward installation.

We thereafter settled on the date/time of installaion (2 weeks). Yuriy and Mike again arrived on time and were very organized in their work. They used drop cloths to protect my home, and were very aware that both my wife and I were working from home and were as quiet as they could be (closing doors etc..). The installation went on a little longer than expected (10 hours) compared to the original commitment (~8 hours). This was due to the fact that my existing furnace had an after-market circuit board installed, which I wasnt aware of, nor did I have the product manuals for either the furnace nor circuit board.obviously not Yuriys issue. This resulted in Yuriy needing to reach out to the circuit board manufacturer, furnace manufacturer, other colleagues etc and with the installation taking place on the Friday before a long weekend, getting in touch with anyone ended up being an issue. Basically my furnace circuit board wasnt running at the optimum CFM (900 instead of 1000).

Whats great is that Yuriy is still looking into how to resolve this issue for me by speaking with colleagues and trying to contact the manufacturer on this.

All round, excellent, professionals to deal with. Will definitely use them for my annual servicing needs.

Very happy with them. We had water pulling under our AC/Furnace box in the basement. Mike was on time, explain the process he was going to do to check for issues, very professional. There was a blockage in the drain pipe which he cleared, checked the coolant levels in the AC unit. He was honest, did not try to up sale me on anything. Highly recommend.
