I have got work done from SSP Reno, Imtiaz and his team. They have really good experience and very nice people and finish my work on time and give me very good price. Thank you Imtiaz I will always refer them always

Imtiaz assisted us with some patchwork and added sockets in our house. While the overall quality of his work is acceptable, there were several aspects that left me feeling dissatisfied.

1. **Lack of Communication:** I had initially asked Imtiaz to purchase all the necessary materials, however, I forgot to inform him about the switches I had which I know its on me. But When I handed them to him, he simply accepted them without discussing it further. Later, I discovered that he had used the switches he bought instead of mine. If he had communicated with me about this, I could have asked him to use my switches, allowing me to return his to the store. Regrettably, this lack of communication has left me with unused switches that cannot be returned.

2. **Damage to Property:** During the process of moving my office desk to install a new socket, my speakers that worth over $400 was accidentally damaged. This incident was not communicated to me, and I only became aware of the damage after they had left. This situation is truly upsetting.

3. **Unresolved Issues:** I had two switches linked to the light switches I want to get it fixed. I had agreed that if fixing them proved difficult, Imtiaz could install new ones nearby. However, he did not even attempt to assess the situation and simply stated that it could not be fixed.

4. **Incomplete Tasks:** I had requested Imtiaz to complete two tasks in the garage: installing a cabinet and replacing a light switch. However , he did not replace the light switch as requested.

In addition to these concerns, Imtiaz did assist me with two additional tasks that were not initially included in the job list, which I genuinely appreciate. However, based on the overall experience, I would be hesitant to recommend him to others.

The price was divided with my 2 neighbours. Very happy with the work and clean up. Imtiaz and his crew were very polite and he was very willing to go above and beyond to make me happy. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Thanks again Imtiaz!

The quality of work was very poor and looked more like a DIY attempt vs. professional work. The wood on the door post has a big crack, the door jammed, and the borders were made up of many pieces put together in an untidy, unfinished manner. From both an aesthetic as well as a functional viewpoint the work is lacking, and unacceptable for professionals. Given the quality of work the deck will not last many seasons.

Furthermore, when given the job the lattice was clearly originally white - an unpainted lattice was put and then my parents were quoted an additional fee of over $1000 to paint it. We hired another painter who gave a more reasonable cost, but still an added cost to the original project.

I sent an email alerting my concerns about the quality of the work and got no reply. The experience has been very disappointing.

Imtiaz at SSP Renovation did some update work in 2 bathrooms and the workmanship and price was very good, and with good communications throughout the process. I was very pleased with the results and would use their service again.
