In these days of its good enough, Jake is a breath of fresh air. Honesty, integrity, pride in work, respect, attention to detail, I cannot say enough about this young man. The fact that he actually CARES about the job at hand is very apparent. We handed him a challenging small deck/steps/walkway job that by other companies we were told could not be done the way we wanted. Jake proved them wrong.
