Initially I was very happy with our bathroom Reno with hasko renovation. 14 months after the Reno the ceiling began to look like a leak was happening. I contacted Mikel but he said it was not from his work. I had a plumber come in who opened the ceiling and the wall in my sons room and determine that it was in fact from Haskos work that the leak happened and the enormous amount of mould. Mikel then agreed to come and fix the leak and fix the ceiling in my living room and the drywall in my sons room. I felt that he should also pay for the plumber who found that the leak was his fault as he originally denied that the leak was his fault. He actually yelled at me for a good 15 minutes claiming that this was it his responsibility which makes No sense at all since he said get a second opinion and if it was his fault - which it was - he would fix it. First - you allowed a leak for 15 months from my Reno which I paid you good money for. My son has bad asthma and that leak was inches from his head. You denied it was your fault. It was obviously your fault. You literally yelled at me for an extended period of time. So unprofessional.
