We had to remove our old ceramic tiles and install new vinyl planks. They installed the planks on an uneven floor without addressing the issue. There are hollow spots all over the kitchen floor now. They lack attention to detail and lack perfection. They'll do the job but don't expect quality workmanship. They seemed to rush through the project and it shows in several areas. Gaps between trim and floor, uneven cutting of planks etc Learnt my lesson. Will be hiring professionals next time.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the work. We did try to tell you that the floor is not level and there will be unevenness, and you did say that that's fine.
