Art-Deco carpentry

We recently had our basement renovated by Art-Deco and are very happy with the results. The craftsmanship of Zeljko's work throughout the renovation was top-notch and the drywall, framing, flooring and trim were done meticulously. We highly recommend Art-Deco to anyone looking for a quality, professional basement renovation. Its clear that Zelijko takes pride in his work, and it shows in the finished product.

Art-Deco ( Zelcko) made me believe again in professionalism, skill and overall customer satisfaction among contractors. My family and I were reluctant to engage a contractor but that changed when Zelcko came into the story. He consistently showed efficiency, integrity, very aesthetic and quality finishes. He comfortably handled all our patio, roofing and installing a new washroom in our basement . If anyone approaches me for recommendations for a reliable contractor, Art-Deco (Zelcko) will be numbers 1, 2 & 3 on that list!

Zeljo has done a great job; his attention to details is incredible. He takes every step of the project seriously and has strong vision for a big picture. Wiling to invest his time for job properly done. He completed project within the time frame that we had agreed on. He also came back a few times after project was done to follow up with items that arrived later (e.g. the microwave which weve ordered arrived late, as well as the lights for our kitchen cabinets
). With quality of his work he has exceeded my expectations.

We have used Art-Deco carpentry services two times now and are super happy with the work that was done both times. Both the shed and outdoor stairs are way better visually, functionally and quality wise than they were ever previously. The cost of both projects was very fair and another thing I was very pleasantly impressed with was how tidy everything was once the projects were wrapped up. In the past I have had bad experiences with contractors leaving a lot of cleanup for me. We will definitely be reaching out to Zeljko (Art-Deco carpentry) for future carpentry construction services.

We were looking for a contractor to finish our main floor and basement renovation and we are really satisfied with Zeljko from Art-Deco Carpentry. He is very knowledgeable in construction/renovation field and made everything go smooth from start to finish. Now we have more space for extra storage and training in the basement. We are looking forward for our main floor renovation. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Zeljko is a great contractor. He helped to repair drywall in multiple rooms in the house, an area of a ceiling, resurfaced an area of popcorn ceiling, and installed 2 vanities.

He's great at communicating and if there's anything I need again in the future, I'll be calling him to help.
