roofing - shingles and flat roof
The roofing project started in February 2023 completed in April 2023. Currently noticed leakage in the front closet area, back bedroom ceiling and hallway ceiling. Have call repeatedly to the "boss" of the project. This number was functioning when the work was ongoing. I have text and called him at the number given to me and have received a response before full payment was issued. Once the work was completed and last payment received, no response from his number or their office number. Apparently both numbers are no longer assigned. Am very disappointed with this company. Note there were good reviews of this
company in the homeStars site. The contract indicates a 15 year warranty, which would be useless since no one answers the phone, text or email.
If this company is legit would like to hear from them to repair and make good on their warranty.
