ISF Contracting

Working with Ian was great. On the initial visit, he understood what we were going for, helped us work within our budget and existing space, and had some very practical recommendations that enhanced the look without adding a ton of cost. He also was great about answering our questions and providing information that we needed to make decisions (eg. what kind of flooring/subflooring products would suit our needs).

Ian's team were friendly and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. While there were a couple minor hiccups along the way (what renovation doesn't have hiccups?) communication was good, and everything got resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I'd recommend ISF Contracting, and will certainly look to them for future renovation work.

Ian and Sam were excellent to work with, end to end. Hired them to move my kitchen to another part of the house, fix some plumbing issues and install a new tub. Even when the bathroom ended up being a bit of a gut job, their communication was great and the work was done quickly and within a reasonable budget. Highly recommend working with them and will hire them again.

We are very happy with our kitchen renovation. Ian and his team were very professional and delivered our vision on time and on budget. The work area was always clean and there was next to no impact on the rest of the house. We definitely recommend them and will call them for any future renovations we need done.

It was a pleasure working with Ian, extremely knowledgeable and professional thru out the entire process.
He was able to knock out 3 walls for a complete open concept from living room to dining room plus a window from the kitchen, also completely redone my washroom with stand up shower, rain Forrest above head shower head and marble counter tops.
I was absolutely shocked and blown away, now my basement is ready for rent and I'm thrilled.
