Our furnace stopped working overnight. We woke up to a freezing house. I was recommended to polar elite mechanical from a friend who had used them before.
After contacting them a technician was at my house 2 hours later. In no time he was able to tell me what was wrong and explain the issue and what must be done. The technician came back with the new inducer motor and had the heat back working the same day.
I would recommend polar elite to anyone.
