They were able to come same day same afternoon and resolve the issues in my drain. My house was built in 1969 redone in 1990 and then restored in 2021 and the homes on this side of the street are part of the lead free by 2033 DC Water campaign. I am looking forward to the Water main being replaced, but they were efficient. They came to check out everything and pulled back wipes and tampons from my drain line at the laundry and snaked the kitchen sink. I am so pleased with this expedited rush service, and am very happy to call them in the future.
