Edward the Wizard! Thats the nickname that I gave him. He can do anything and adapts amazingly to changing conditions or unexpected issues encountered during the job. He is keen to suggest ideas that will provide the quality of product that he and the owner will be extremely happy with. Edwards finished product is one that he would be proud to live in. No corners cut. Edward was replacing 12 year old engineered hardwood flooring in a condo unit in my building (Toronto Waterfront) and agreed to install the waste product in my condo, replacing carpet in the bedrooms with flooring that matched my existing central area (which I cannot purchase and would also prevent the material going to the landfill). Edward took great care to glue each board to ensure the pieces would all fit together properly and create a floor matching the original look and structural integrity. We are so happy with the end-result; it has completely transformed the look of our condo. For our basement, we had a little dream, and it became a solid reality (beautiful and very functional), thanks to Edward. He has a good ear (listened very patiently and attentively to all our requests and wishes), an artistic eye (and we love the outcome), some very helpful space-saving ideas, flexibility and of course the amazing skills combined with years of experience to get it all done. It was a complicated project and we were very happy with the result. Time passed, and everything is still intact, everything works, and it looks great. Just to add, the price was very reasonable. The help and advice were simply priceless. Quite frankly, Frank's Renovations is very cool. We are thankful and very appreciative.
