Fix shower glass door alignment
I called Reza to inspect and give an estimate to fix a shower glass door alignment which was causing the door to not close properly. After looking at the issue, Reza indicated it to be a serious issue that may be very hard to fix. He then said that he wants to give it a try with a screwdriver and was able to remediate the issue within 5-10 minutes. He charged $180 for the work without giving any estimate at the start which I found very unreasonable. Regardless of how small a work is, get an estimate before letting anyone start a work (or giving a try).

3. Attempting to fix it onsite for $180.You chose the third option, which was the most cost-effective and time-saving approach. While I understand your concern about not receiving an estimate upfront, the $180 charge reflects the value of resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.
