I do not recommend this company, they were 35 minutes late for my move, on top of that they take their time checking the items to be moved and charging me from the moment they arrive, if you have any electrical appliances you have to pay an extra 60 dollars (not disclosed when I asked for information), I don't understand! Why if you pay by the hour do you have to pay extra for an item? On top of that you are paying by the hour, they charge you for an hour of travel, which was not revealed to me either. I see in your ad that they wrap their sofas, mine were not wrapped. I asked for a receipt and one of the movers told me to ask the guy I was dealing with, I asked for my receipt, this guy asked if I paid tax, I said no, I paid what the guy told me to pay , he said if you pay tax, I will give you the receipt, I don't understand, it is a service you paid for, please explain to the customer in advance. the truck was supposed to be empty and thy had their own stuff there , its not a good company, not a good service , not good customer service either hidden information .etc

We Are Accepting That We Were Half Hour Late Because That Day Was Heavy Rain And Highway Was Stuck Badly But Anyways I Know That's Not In Our Hand But My Team They Were Coordinating With You And We A-sure That They Are On The Way And Sent You ETA Screenshot So That You Will Not Be Worried. Second Thing , You Told Us No Appliances Or Gym Equipment Only Furniture Then We Didn't Share The Charges With You. Even Though We Charge For 3rd Floor Or 4th Floor With Stairs But In Your Case We Didn't Charge For That... The Most Important Aspect And The Factor Is We Didn't Add Anything Later After Finishing The Job. You Knew Everything From The Starting Even Before Starting The Moving Movement That What Will Be The Charges Etc Because We Like To Share The Details With Customer On The Same Day With Moving Contract..
