I needed a new metal plate on the metal sill of my doorway. The total cost was to be $160.00 so I paid in advance $80 on Sept 9, 2024. To this date the job is not done after many promises of coming or setting a date to do it. Because of that I have asked for the $80 back and I would go elsewhere. The company refuses to refund my cash and continually says they will show but they never do
