This team and the people they coordinate with are fantastic.
Our project involved getting rid of the carpet in the second floor hallway and stairs. We got hardwood floors installed with new handrail and balusters. We also got rid of the popcorn ceiling in the second floor and first floor hallways. We then decided last minute that we wanted to change the living/dining room floors to match the stairs. We also got rid of the popcorn ceiling in these rooms and got pot lights installed in the living room. We then decided to get all of these areas painted as well.
The team started 3 weeks after we accepted our original contract and finished this project within 2 weeks. My family and I couldn't be happier after completion of this project. It looks stunning!
Couple of things worth mentioning:
(1) I was given two options. Either pay the entire contract in full or pay it in parts before each job was started. I decided to pay for the project in parts and use my credit card as I wanted the points. The only drawback was that I had to drive to a Dragona Flooring in Scarborough to use my credit card.
(2) We had originally picked Torino hardwood floors. After install, we were shocked that the flooring wasn't the colour we had chosen. It was then apparent that Torino had at least a couple of different colours. It seems that the colour of the floors chosen for us were either based on what was considered the "basic" Torino or based on popularity. Now I understand that it is solely our responsibility and it was my lack of experience that caused this issue but some form of communication clarifying the colour first would have helped avoid this situation. Regardless, I brought this up to Hussein and he discussed with me how much it would cost to have them changed again. He provided an incredibly reasonable price but due to time, we decided to keep the floors. And we are glad that we did as the floors are really nice.
Despite this "happy" mistake, we will be using this company again for another project in this house as well as referring them to friends and family.
