I didnt do the work myself because i didnt have a ladder that was king enough. As it turned out neither did the contractor. He rented the ladder. Had i known you could rent a ladder i would have done the job myself . The team did the portion of the job that didnt require a ladder. they asked if i was pleased with the work. I didnt like one element of the job and they quickly fixed it to my liking. Either was was acceptable but they did it the way i liked which was very nice. while they waited for the ladder, I asked them if they could do some work to help a senior citizen. My elderly neighbour had a tree fall in her backyard. It was not a big tree but it was a good 45 min work for the contractors and myself. While they waited for the rented ladder to arrive they graciously cut the tree into pieces and cleaned up her yard for free. I was very impressed with their generosity and their professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone. they were kind, professional and did a great job
