Simon responded to my request for a roofer within one day and sent someone from his team to do an estimate the next day. He was very polite, professional, and after his assessment of the roof explained the issues and offered me options. The job was completed the following day and looks perfect. As a single woman I've had a number of negative experiences with contractors and was very pleased with their honesty, professional and friendly manner, reasonable price and quality of work.
