The Wolf Project Inc - Out of Buisness

David of The Wolf Project Inc has been the most unprofessional contractor Ive ever encountered in my 10+ years in corporate real estate. Ive worked with hundreds of contractors. David was dishonest, missed deadlines, used unqualified workers, refused to pay for services rendered by third party associations leaving my family liable, and thats all putting it nicely. The quality of work was low grade and I had to pay ANOTHER contractor to correct his work. Small example of lack of detail and no pride in work is the new faucets werent even installed straight, including the handles. Corners cut everywhere we looked. In total, my family was out over $5000 due to Davids work. He has ignored my follow ups requesting for work to simply be completed and payment made to third parties like the carpet cleaning company. Im absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by David. I did not want to write a review but need to protect others.

I would like to share my experience with David's construction company. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy contractors.

I hired David's company in November 2022 to do a small basement renovation. He estimated completion before Christmas, which was an important deadline for me. I paid an initial deposit for half of the estimated cost, then almost another half when the drywall went up. David came a few times to do the framing and to start the drywall. However, after paying 90% of the total cost on the day he came to do the drywall, I was ghosted.

After several attempts to reach David, he finally responded, mentioning that he was having issues in the business, which I can understand. We made a plan for him to make things right, but unfortunately, he has not held up his promise. I am extremely disappointed that he is not returning my calls and emails, and I am left with an unfinished basement and a significant financial loss.

Overall, my experience with David has been very disappointing. While I believe David is a nice person and he did complete some work on the basement, the overall quality of work, lack of communication, and financial loss were significant enough for me not to recommend him to anyone based on my experience.

I hired David to renovate my 2nd Floor with new Flooring, Trims and Baseboards. He made an amazing and clean job. Thank you, you transformed my classic looking house in a new modern house.

We recently finished our basement remodel and couldn't be happier with the results. David and his team were able to take my vague ideas, and turn them into a reality. They were very attentive to all of my needs, and I felt like they really cared about me as their customer. They also did a great job of keeping the work site clean, which was wonderful for me.

I have been renovating my basement for the past few months and had a hard time finding a company that I could trust. I was referred to Dave from The Wolf Project by a friend and am so glad that I took their advice. Dave was very professional, responsive, and did an amazing job on my basement. They were also very affordable which is always a plus!

If you spend that amount of money you need to find a company you can trust. Dave made our legal Basement and it turned out amazing. Even doing the long waiting time for the permit he stayed with us.

I got David and his crew to finish our Basement. He was very professional and he gave us great ideas how to make the best out of our space. Even doing Covid they made us feel comfortable have contractors in our home doing this time. Thank you David

I hired Dave to do my basement remodel and he was a total pro. He got the job done on time, within budget, and with a high level of craftsmanship. I couldn't be more satisfied with how it turned out.
