Pipe leak into Garage

I discovered a leak from my kitchen sink that was running down through the ceiling in my garage. I had no clue who to call so I came on HomeStar and asked for a quote. Within minutes of this Plumbing Paramedics called me. I asked what their call out fee was and it was less than anyone I had talked in the past. They sent Ben out that afternoon (no emergency fee) and he inspected the leak as well as the rest of my plumbing. He showed me where it was leaking and gave me a couple of different options to repair it. Ben explained how much each of them were going to be and the advantages/disadvantages of each. We made a plan and it was done within hours. Ben cleaned everything up as if he had not been here.

He also showed me a couple of other issue with my plumbing and I was aware of them but just had not dealt with them. He explained they have a yearly maintenance fee that you can choose for you furnace, A/C., Pipes, and Duct work. For a single female this was a great option as it got a lot of items done.

They came to inspect and tune up my furnace (only 9 years old) and found the heat exchange had holes. My furnace was under warranty so they helped m to call the company and explain the issue. I would not have found this if I had not purchased the year plan.

Ben also came and installed two new toilets, not only did he end up running back to the shop as I had ordered the standard toilets and wanted the high but he did a wonderful job and was very clean.

Thank you for all your assistance
