From day 1 this company was professional, courteous and responsive. Three bathrooms were renovated with researched and current ideas and materials suggested by the salesman Darren who was always just a call away. Customer service and satisfaction was their main objective.i would recommend this company to anyone who appreciates quality at fair prices and service at every turn.

Darren was fantastic. Guided us with several options all within our budget. They als
o offer financing which none of the other companies did.

He showed us proof of insurance as well as proof of licensed technicians

The technician Mark was very friendly and took the time to explain what would happen and made sure our home was fully protected with drop cloths etc..

The result is beyond or expectations. We highly recommend Bytown better bathtubs and showers
