The Room By Room team did an outstanding job of gutting and replacing our kitchen. The work was done on time, on budget, and they paid close attention to clean up and finishing details. James also managed their sub trades effectively, and ensured all work was sequenced properly for minimal disruption. We were very happy with the service provided by James, and would not hesitate to recommend Room By Room to others.

We recently completed a full renovation of our condominium apartment and worked closely with James on the design and implementation of the plan. We were thoroughly impressed with James's professionalism and the quality of his team's work. We found James to be very responsive to our requests and proactive in his communication and transparency with us.

James and his team worked diligently to get the work done well, and to ensure our satisfaction with the process and results. We truly appreciated his honesty and commitment to customer service, as well as the excellent results of the renovations, particularly the kitchen.

Notably, James asked us to hold back on the final instalment of payment until we'd moved moved back into the apartment and lived in it for a few weeks to identify any issues with the design. We brought him and his team in a couple of times after moving back in for small corrections and James made sure that we were happy before remitting our final payment.

We had a vision within a budget and was brought to life without deviating off the original quote unless discussed and approved with proper documentation. Premium finishes all installed in an incredible turnaround time and never did we feel displaced. We are the lucky recipients of pride of workmanship and get to enjoy this space everyday.
