Ceara Kitchens Customs Cabinetry

I have had 3 separate third-party expert assessments to confirm the following: Ceara Kitchens delivered an exceedingly poor kitchen renovation end-to-end that is unfixable due to poor workmanship, poor quality, and "done incorrectly" in many regards. 1. Uneven tile flooring installed with sharp edges throughout (danger to my toddler). 2. Cabinetry significantly mismeasured across the kitchen leaving gaps and eyesore filler pieces, and is very different from the contracted design. 3. Cabinetry finish is inconsistent in texture and colour, and overall looks like a low quality spray and hand painted job which started peeling/chipping away after a few days . 4. Paint drips filled shaker door seams, and so Ceara kitchens filled those seams and all other seams with rubbery caulking! Caulking is smeared across entire cabinetry and highly visible. 5. Crown is unevenly attached throughout, has far too many visible joints, and is dismounting from wall and cabinetry in multiple areas. 6. Backsplash has permanent knife marks on it from the cutter, and was not laid correctly on countertop (now severely cracking). It was laid around the valance which is incorrect and highly visible. There is a much longer list of deficiencies and inconsistencies documented by the external assessments… Despite the contracted 1 year warranty, I spent months trying to chase down the owner to address this and I was ignored. Buyers please beware! This was to be our forever dream kitchen, and instead I lost all of my savings to this disaster while on maternity leave. It has devastated our family beyond words.
