Shower and Toilet Rough-in Placement Incorrectly Done
Hired Mark to do a rough-in for shower, dual sink vanity, toilet and bathtub. The placement of the toilet rough-in wasn't in the area that we wanted it and before they left the job, we asked for it to be moved to the correct spot. They refused to fix now and if they had to come back, they would have to charge us 2 hours of work. I had to fix this this myself, something that I had paid to be done for me.
I provided the Schluter shower-tray to show placement of where the drain flange would would need to be. Upon attending to install the drain flange, I noticed that they did provide enough clearance and the drain flange would have sat 1.25" above the shower tray. I reached out to Mark if they can come back to fix it as this was an error on his part but received no assistance. I had to re-run the pipe myself which I shouldn't have since I paid for this.
Would not recommend.
