Our new home needed some renovation done before moving in. We researched a few places and decided to give Detile a try and we are so glad we did. Simao took the time to listen to what we wanted done and also made sure everything was done within our budget. He even took time out during his busy schedule to meet with us to pick out materials. We re-did the front stairs with tiles and also had some minor things done inside the house. Simao had a tight timeline because we needed to move in the home soon. At every stage, he provided us with a timeline and he made sure everything was done on time. 3 weeks before our move in date, we found out there are some issues with one of the bathroom. The bathroom tiles needed to be re-done. Even with his busy schedule, Simao offered to help and said he can complete it before we move in. He completed everything and we still had a few days to clean the place. From start to finish Simao was committed, dedicated and went above and beyond. His team was also friendly and never left any mess and cleaned everything up when they are done for the day. Everything that was done looks great and we received so many compliments about the front stairs. I would highly recommend using Detile and I am sure we will be calling Simao again for our next project.
