I got Andres contact number from Facebook and should have seen the signs of bad punctuality from the start. You have to call him and follow up with him multiple times. First thing was he stated he will be coming to see the renovation on Wednesday (told me at the last minute), cannot come in. Same thing happened when he gave me a date for December 9th, didn't come in on December 9th (I messaged him) in the morning asking where he is, said that cannot come in as he has an inspection, told me that he will be coming at 8 am on Tuesday (December 10th), didn't come till 9:30 am. Demolition was done on Tuesday, and I asked him what is the next step. Said the plumber will come on December 11th at 12pm, called him at 12pm on December 11th, said the plumber will come at 9 pm, I was like what's going on here, so he said I will come at 9 am on December 12th and do it myself. I was like fine and told him if he cannot come at 12pm then I will be hiring someone else. He told me that it was only a day late to the work and I explained to him that I cannot be postponing my work and accommodating his time schedules on when he wants to come.

I would never hire them again, if this is the professionalism of the work you expect from a contractor.

G&A Solutions Inc completed my bathroom 5 months ago. Work is of poor quality. Floor is uneven and does not fully drain the water. Water also eaked into kitchen in a couple of months as base/tile was not sealed properly. Just poorly completed and took over 2 months to finish.
They promise to come but never show up. Now they giving a run around to fix issues from dates last month, to this month and now to next year. Dont trust such contractors who take the money and dont do a good job.
I am looking to have someone come and quote and fix the problems professionaly.

I recently had the pleasure working with Ken and Andre to renovate my 3 piece washroom November 2023, and I am thrilled with the results.

Had Ken help do a series of smaller jobs, including upgrading the bath cabinet and replacing the kitchen backsplash. Looks like a whole new condo! Thanks for the effort.

G/A Solution has helped us with numerous handyman and renovation jobs around our primary residence and our rental house. Ken has been able to do everything from fixing moisture issues in our attic to installing range fans/bathroom fans, minor plumbing, woodwork, and tiling and flooring. Literally, if you have a problem he will figure out a solution to it. He is a great communicator, shows up when he says he will and does excellent work at a reasonable price. He's also a really nice human which makes it a pleasure to work with him.
