Rasheed repaired an awning which had come loose from the house. When he arrived and identified that the scope of the work was more than he originally anticipated from the photos that I sent, he quickly came up with solutions. Throughout the process Rasheed communicated effectively in order to ensure that I was satisfied with the repair.
