Lucas was recommended to me for this project by my realtor as their go to contractor. Lucas was brought on, on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Lucas was able to provide a detailed quote outlining the work needed to be done and the approximate time frame to which he could complete said project. The work was done with very few delays due to circumstances out of both party's hands. Any issues brought up with the work (however minimal they were) were dealt with and rectified immediately. Lucas was very responsive to all forms of communication and professional throughout the project. I would definitely use Batt Builds for my next project and recommend them to anyone else in the area looking for a contractor.

We were looking around Sudbury for a local residential siding contractor. We came close to pushing our siding renos till next year spring as winter was approaching. It was not until we came across Batt Builds from a referral and we knew Lucas and his team was great fit after our initial call.

They showed up everyday at the job site including the weekends to work on the project. They kept working despite three days of heavy rain. They finished the siding renovations on time as promised. Great communication and it was easy to get hold of Lucas when needed. I will be working with Batt Builds again for my future renovation needs and yes I do recommend them to others.

We recently purchased this mid 70s home with the intent to renovate. Looking for contractors seemed daunting at first, but after talking to Lucas with Batt Builds our renovation ideas were able to come to fruition. The tradesmen-ship that Batt Builds presented is exceptional. Lucas was knowledgeable throughout the entire process and was more than willing to accommodate any visions we had, like an extra window in the kitchen. Batt Builds also made many recommendations for this reno, such as waiting until the new cabinets and countertops settle before adhering the backsplash in the kitchen. We look forward to Batt Builds returning to complete the backsplash for our kitchen and would highly recommend anyone thinking about renovating their homes to contact Batt Builds first.
