I purchased an old run down townhome which was in need of a renovation. I was also looking for some inspiration. A friend of mine referred me to SMB builders. They gave me the suggestion to remove the middle wall and have an open concept, and add in a full washroom in the basement. To create additional space they shifted the laundry room to the basement, which really created more room in the house. The work quality they provide in the landscaping department is honestly unmatched and the attention to detail with my new pot lights, doors, and flooring is absolutely stunning. The work they did to my kitchen as well is breathtaking and really fit the theme I was going for in my home. The project manager and team were very responsive and friendly which was a real bonus to have. Overall it was a pleasure working with these guys, if you want peace of mind while getting your home renovations done, 100 percent go with SMB.d
