NEW UPDATE AND REVIEW: May 2023
The company contractor modified the ramp to meet a safe decline for a wheelchair and it looks great now. I am very happy with the results and the communication he and I had in solving the issue.

*Update: March 2023
The company contractor reached out and mentioned their email systems were down for 2 months so they did not receive my messages. I have met again with the contractor and we are hoping to modify the ramp to make it safe for use. I will update this review once this is completed.

REVIEW: Initially I was happy with his communication and service and the materials were great as well as the construction of it, but upon completion, the ramp does not meet safety requirements - when accepting the job he assured me it would be safe but it is not, it is too steep and unsafe and cannot be used for my 96 year old father's needs which is what I needed it for. I reached out after payment at least 4 times in order to modify the ramp to make it comply with regulation standards but he did not reply to me at all. I simply cannot recommend this company as they did not complete the job to federal safety standards of a ramp and I cannot use the ramp for what is was intended for in its current state.
