My garage floor was in terrible condition, and I have had dreams of getting it fixed up for the last 18 years. After looking at a floor that was wet, pitted, full of mildew and damaged in places, it was time to get this floor fixed up right.
Shervin was excellent to deal with, very responsive and professional. He gave me options and kept in touch regularly until we were ready to go ahead with the project.
I must admit that I didnt have high hopes for this floor due to the condition, but top flooring went above, and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result.
I am happy to say that everything turned out fantastic, the job was done on time and on budget with great communication throughout the project.
I would not hesitate to use top flooring again for any interior or exterior flooring needs.
