your project faced delays due to a significant fire incident at our shop. We provided evidence to assure you of the authenticity of the situation. We also informed you that you were welcome to visit our shop to inspect your unit. However, it was crucial to keep everything untouched until the insurance adjuster completed all the necessary processes for the claim. Only after our reopening, we could provide you with an installation date. Additionally, we offered you the option to cancel your project and file a claim with our insurance, considering your project was already prepared for installation. You chose to proceed with the insurance claim.
While you were waiting for the insurance claim, we also reached out to you and offered to install the unit if you wished, instead of continuing with the refund process through insurance. However, you indicated that you were fine waiting. We understand your disappointment as expressed in the review. Unfortunately, once you decided to seek a refund, our ability to take further action was limited. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding of the circumstances beyond our control.
