Preferred Home and Bath

We did a big first floor reno to remodel our kitchen. It involved removing a structural wall to open up the kitchen into the living room. Everything was gutted including the floors and light fixtures. We went with John from preferred home and bath due to his reputation in the business. John and his team took care of us and kept us informed every step of the way. The kitchen came out beautiful. Very please with the work and the communication. Would highly recommend them for any renos.

Approximately 2 years ago - Preferred Home and Bath did a complete renovation of our main and and second floor of our home. This included the remodeling of our kitchen and 2 full bathrooms.
They were very courteous and knowledgeable. In particular Katelyn's innovative design plans presented us with ideas that were never considered and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Anthony's and his staff brought the project in on budget and ahead of schedule. Highly recommend this company they are very skilled and act with the utmost professionalism.

We are happy with the service Anthony provided. We were in a mess left by another contractor and Anthony came in and fixed all the issues and brought in all certified professionals to complete the job. We really love the end product and would definitely use his services again going forward for all our renovation needs.

We met with a few other contractors and felt that Anthony and Katelyn presented us with the most in-depth explanation of the whole process as well as a reasonable price and timeline.
