We had one unit installed, found that we needed 2nd for upstairs level. 1st heat pump had many issues, which were eventually worked out. We love the fact that we can go away, for the day, and come home to a warm and cozy home. We have wood stove for backup, but haven't had to use it much as the two units are all that is needed.

They are the worst and laying about every thing thank God I canceled on time.
