The process was very smooth and the installation was without any problems, the tech was very professional and did the install in the specified timeframe., excellent job on their part. I am very satisfied.

The whole process for arranging and installation of our system was very efficient and quick. We had it done during the winter months and had no worries about our house cooling down for my 80 year old mother. The work team came out from Brampton on a Sunday yo install our heat pump system. They called to let us know when they would arrive. The team was very knowledgeable and assisted us in finding the perfect locations for the outside unit and indoor heaters. They were polite and very respectful of our home. They worked non stop until the job was completed in poor winter weather and in the dark.

Its very nice to look it. It runs well. Hopefully an energy efficient purchase.Feels like in rebuilding my house from the inside out.

Well, the installers for both soft water and heat pump. Were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anybody comes with a great guarantee, parts and labour for the life of the machine.
