Angmar Contracting

Angmar undertook a complete demo of all my sidewalks and patio, excavated and installed new two pipe perimeter drainage, sump, and sealed the foundation. Additionally, they installed some floor drains and future drainage stubs for the backyard. They formed and placed new sidewalks, patio, and two sets of small stairs, as well as a 2 ft retaining wall. Project was completed with soft landscaping including backfill and turf lawn. Angmar really understood how to integrate the scope of the project with regards to an older home, and made small value add repairs along the way. Using angmar was a great option when compared to splitting the scope to multiple contractors which would have certainly had conflicts over scope and schedule.
