I paid for nine sessions of mowing the lawn and only got five. They do not respond to emails or texts or phone calls. The men do not recognize plants and have mowed down my rhubarb repeatedly, even though instructed that it was rhubarb. They cant be bothered with the tricky bits like moving big branches before mowing, thereby sending splinters and sharp sticks all over the grass, do not trim the edges by the fence, cant be bothered to do the steep parts of the lawn. I ended up paying approximately double per session what I should have because I got no services after the first week of August even though I was paid up to have four more sessions by the end of September. Nobody ever showed up again. The photo below shows how out-of-control the lawn got before I managed to borrow a mower and deal with it myself. No response. Never never never pre-pay these people, I dont recommend them at all
