Driveway big mess after lakeshore paving done

Last Aug I had these guys do my drive way I called so Manet time for them to come back and fix mess they made. One day after they did it it all cracked and grass started growing it is a big mess.
When I use to get i touch with them they keep saying they are coming to fix they make appointments and never show up
