My work speaks for itself, when you have a good heart and work hard to help people these are the type of respect you get . Early this month you hire me for a job where you send me pictures of a two garden you wanted to weed and cut your lawn . The pictures had some huge weeds trees etc , was in a very bad condition, as you stated " you have been in the hospital for 4 months " . So I gave you a quote for $300 , where 250 would be for the weeding , plus clean up and $50 would be for the lawn . " you started explaining your situation that you was in the hospital etc ", so hearing that I basically gave you a quote for half price($150) , out of my good heart and willing to give a helping hand always.
Anyways I have arrived at your home to complete the job , when I get there I weeded the front and complete the weeding and cut your lawn . "When I am there you come around talking and pouring out your heart ,that you looking for a good landscape and you happy that you find me and I did a good job, And you want me to always come back and do your garden for you ". Also you didn't inform me that the weeds was recently sprayed with poisonous chemicals until I was done the job, what if something had happened to me ?????? Keep that in mind everything was documented....When I am ready to leave you start talking about the back yard is not done yet, when the quote was just for weeding the front yard base on the picture you send me. so I end up weeding your backyard , garden and cutting your lawn in the back . You have a whole back patio that have to weed and clean up your interlocking stone because you stated, " I want to have one last barbecue with my sons one last time ". I did all that for $150 , remember everyone I did a complete home landscaping for just $150, out good heart for because of her explanation of her situation etc. if you can find another landscaper to do that please refer them to me please.
Anyway when I am finished weeding and everything I had like a truck load of weeds to be taken to dump, but honestly I couldn't work for free no more, that when I turn to you and tell you I have to pick up your weeds load in the team truck and load removal is going to cost $100 . I told you that and you wasn't willing to pay for the load removal and holding out to pay me the $150 you should have gave me for the job I have done earlier. So with all that, I still with a good helping heart agreed I will come and do your cleaning up for free , I came the Sunday and I pack 9 Home Depot garbage disposal bags for you full with weeds for free .
Until this day you still owe me a thank you for my good work I have done and $25 dollars because you only sent me $125 .
One thing with my team we always take pictures of all we the jobs we had done , and we document every situations for days like this . We have all emailed from you mom .
