Mutuacions Construction Co.

So I posted on FB looking for a plumber recommendation, Robb owner of this company reached out to me. We spoke I told him what was wrong, he wanted the job and said he could do. I also told him I wanted to convert two closets into a walk-in pantry. He was good with that also. So Robb came looked at our plumbing job said he could fix. He quoted us $700, he did the job, to this day we dont know if he did correctly, as we are still without a kitch sink, which the last time we used, it was leaking, my husband took a video. He told us our pipe needed to be snaked, he gave us a quote we accepted, he was to come back and finish the job. Todate he hasnt shown up after promising 3 times, he is not returning calls, messages, emails etc. He is very young, obviosuly an amateur who doesnt know how to run a business or treat his clients. Disappointing. We have no clue if we have wasted $700 because we cant use our tap. So I have to find another plumber. If he didnt want the job, he a. shouldn't have reached out. b. started a job he had no intentions of finishing c. maybe he has screwed up the job hence why he isnt coming back.
