Did not trim the tree the way they promised. Did not complete the job. Bryce came and saw the poor work his crew did and promised to correct it. Its 2 weeks later and he has not returned to complete the work and now is not responding to my phone calls, texts or messages.
I paid him in full with his promise to return to complete the job.
The way he has left the tree makes it vulnerable to rot and disease. As you can see from the photo, the tree was not trimmed close enough to the trunk and they also left a very large branch half cut off because they couldnt reach it I will have to hire another company to complete the work.
