He arrived late but kept me posted about delays - excellent! He found the plug in drain system and cleaned it quickly without fuss. He also gave good advice for maintenance of fridge and provided a 6 monthg guarantee of his work. Pleasant and engaged manner. I have recommended him to our condo management office because he so impressed!
